Robert Steinwedell
Mr. Steinwedell oversees all investment activity, capital markets, and strategic planning at the firm. He leads sourcing, underwriting, and transaction execution, with a focus on complex real estate investments across growth markets in the Southern United States.
Rob previously held senior investment roles at private real estate firms, where he was responsible for acquisitions across RV park, industrial, office, and hospitality assets totaling more than 10 million square feet and $3Bn in value. He has extensive experience structuring joint ventures and executing value-add strategies.
Rob graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry from Rhodes College and resides in Austin, Texas.

Dennis Artischev
Mr. Artischev is a Managing Partner of Clear Rock Capital Partners and oversees the firm’s investment activities, with a focus on asset management and investor relations.
Over the past decade, Dennis has held senior roles with Affordable Central Texas and Comunidad Partners. At Affordable Central Texas, he helped grow the platform from inception into a 2,000-unit affordable housing portfolio, securing investments from major banks and family offices across Texas. At Comunidad Partners, he oversaw the asset management of approximately 4,000 multifamily units with an aggregate value exceeding $500 million.
Dennis graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.A. in Biochemistry and resides in Austin, Texas.

Tom Steinwedell
Mr. Steinwedell is responsible for sourcing and executing new acquisitions, structuring project financing, and directing the firm’s risk management framework and strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Senior Consultant at Brailsford & Dunlavey, where he advised Universities and institutional partners on large-scale P3 developments, including student housing and mixed-use projects nationwide. His work focused on financial structuring, feasibility analysis, and transaction execution.
Previously, Tom worked at Frost Bank, where he focused on construction financing. During his tenure, he originated more than $200 million of commercial real estate loans.
Tom received a B.S.M. in Finance from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business and resides in Austin, Texas.
